Here’s where the breakdown usually happens: → Design team hands off drawings — no structured transfer protocol → PM receives documents — no constructability check → Trades interpret on site — no single source of truth

The phase under the most pressure? The gap between design completion and site mobilization.

Fit-outs hold better when CAD is survey-based. New builds are a different conversation.

This is not a CAD problem. But it’s not a site problem either.

What happened?

Designers kept drawing while builders started building. Documentation outpaced coordination. The gap was always going to cost something.
