Graduates possess:
– skills in the field of materials and devices used in the construction industry, in the use of surveying instruments, in the use of IT tools for graphic representation and calculation, in the technical and economic evaluation of existing private and public assets in the territory, and in the optimal use of environmental resources;
– graphic and design skills in the field of construction, construction site organization, plant management, and topographic surveying;
– skills in the appraisal of land, buildings, and other components of the territory, as well as the rights pertaining to them, including cadastral operations;
– skills related to real estate administration;
– skills in the field of health and safety in living and working environments.
