2. What data I collect
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message.
- Email and phone: the data you share when you contact me directly.
- Analytics (only with your consent): anonymised usage data collected through Google Analytics (pages visited, device, approximate location, time on site).
- Security: technical data (IP address, browser) processed by Cloudflare Turnstile and the website firewall to block spam and attacks.
3. Why I use your data and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and prepare proposals or quotes. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To manage an ongoing professional relationship. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To measure and improve the website. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the website secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long I keep it
Contact requests are kept for up to 2 years after the last exchange, unless a professional relationship begins. In that case, data is kept for as long as required by tax and commercial law. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
5. Who receives your data
Your data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. It is processed only by service providers acting on my behalf: Aruba S.p.A. (hosting, EU), Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics, only with consent) and Cloudflare Inc. (anti-spam protection). Some providers may transfer data outside the EU. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of your country.
